Celebrating Faith and Family: A special Baptism and Dinner at Brush Springs.
A heartwarming event took place at Brush Springs as our cousin Brianna desired to be baptized here to celebrate her journey of faith in a meaningful way. Her enthusiasm and dedication inspired us to organize a memorable gathering, bringing together over 40 guests on Sunday, May 5th. Pastor Billy from Country Faith Church of Meeker led the baptism ceremony, and when he invited others to be baptized, two more people came forward. They were cheered on with support and happiness.
After the ceremony, Brianna and her family treated guests to a dinner filled with love, laughter, and fun. In a touching gesture, Pastor Billy extended his blessings to our barn, family, and horse, Lady Lorelei, anointing our barn with oil and offering a heartfelt prayer for us. We are excitedly awaiting the arrival of Lorelei’s new baby foal this month, which will further brighten our spirits.
As we reflect on this special day, we are reminded of the power of faith, the beauty of nature, and the importance of coming together to celebrate life’s blessings. We sincerely thank Pastor Billy, our guests, and our supportive family. Join us in celebrating these special moments as we grow closer as a community at Brush Springs.
